What is Authorised Capital?
Every Company need to register its authorised capital upon its incorporation with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM). The amount of authorised capital will be stated in the Memorandum of Association of every Company.

Every Company will only be allowed to issue paid-up capital up to the maximum amount of authorised capital that registered with SSM.

Registration fee for Authorised Capital
Subject to the respective registration fee payable to SSM, every Company is allowed freely to register any amount of authorised capital with SSM.
